Cross-department and subsidiary project management and support in setting up governance structures and in the technical conception and operational solution implementation of master data management.

Core tasks
Assessments with the ongoing projects and programs to collect the requirements for master data management and data economy. Selection and implementation of the master data management tool and creation of a roadmap for the connection of further projects. Definition and implementation of data governance roles, structures and processes and specification of data quality requirements and the design of the technical implementation for the company-wide data platform.
