Goal
To structure and operationalise an Enterprise Architecture Management departmentas part of an IT insourcing and data platform strategy

Focus
Establishment of a new EAM organisation structure in accordance with TOGAF. Establishment and expansion of a modern data infrastructure and information governance in alignment with the business and functional requirements. Automation of EAM and information governance processes and provision of self-services.

Core tasks
Establishment of EAM architecture roles and processes. Creation and company-wide anchoring of guidelines for the application and data infrastructure and the security & interface architecture. Set up and establishment of an agile solution architect group. Implementation of an automated EAM planning tool. Integration and operational synchronisation between IT architecture management, information governance and business management. Actual/ target analysis of the data architecture and information governance plus recording of functional requirements and conversion into operational and technical skills.
